AAC Conference 2009 Join TaxPRO at the Association of Arkansas Counties Annual Conference at the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale on August 12, 13, & 14th 2009.   Garland County, Arkansas Garland County’s Tax Collector, Rebecca Dodd-Talbert has approved and authorized TaxPRO to install its state-of-the-art Windows® based tax collection and billing software and services (June 2009).
