"One of my favorite features that comes to mind is the ‘black spy glass'. It is great being able to look at a list of accounts that you had open on your computer, especially when you have a ‘senior moment' and remember that you need the account number from five phone calls ago.

"I also like how the ‘comments screen' automatically shows when a bill has been printed in addition to the person's initials who printed the bill.

"Another useful option is the ‘reprint bill' screen that can list multiple bills (or reprint receipts) and attach the bills to an e-mail. It is so easy and economical to use, and our taxpayers love the e-mail feature.

"One last item, I like the way the computer calculates the denominations of monies that are entered on the ‘cashier report' - less errors in the cash account."
