Before, we were handwriting receipts and disbursement checks, manually calculating amounts paid and amounts due, and recording everything in Quicken. With the new software from TaxPRO, it calculates everything so there is less human error. I really like the ability to associate all cases for the same individual and see their balance on each case. I can also add co-defendants and see who paid what payments for restitution. Along with the software features, we have seen an increase in the amount of money collected that is distributed to the Sheriff’s Office Automation Fund. There is nothing like this software on the market that was made specifically for the collection of fines & fees. The entire staff at Tax Pro has been amazing in every aspect.
